Granite Mortgage - Eric Roering

Eric Roering is an Originating Branch Leader who works with Granite Mortgage. Eric joined Granite Mortgage in 2024 and has worked in the mortgage industry since 2008. Eric is a Minnesota Native who grew up in central MN.

Since beginning his career, Eric has experienced a lot of change in the industry. Eric has created a culture of success by running his business around adding value to his business partners and team members. He has continued to grow and excel in an industry that provides the American dream of Homeownership. Eric has always believed in building the right culture. Eric spends his free time working with the Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association and coaching Baseball while also on the baseball board. Eric also enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sports fan. Whether is rooting for the Vikings/Twins/Timberwolves or Gophers he enjoys golfing, hunting, spending time with his wife Leslie, two children Brock and Zoey and other family and friends.
