Granite Mortgage - Annjie Williams

Annjie has 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She started as a Loan Officer Assistant and advanced to Junior Loan Officer within her first year. By her third year, she became a full-fledged Loan Officer, navigating the ever-evolving landscape of mortgage lending. She likes to joke that she “failed upwards” in the best way possible, learning and growing with each new challenge.

Annjie’s path into the industry was unexpected, as she was introduced to the field by a lifelong friend who thought she’d be a great fit. Little did she know, this would turn into a fulfilling career. While the job can be stressful, she thrives on the chaos and truly enjoys helping people. Every loan is a unique puzzle, as each client has their own special needs and goals. Annjie loves putting those pieces together and seeing her clients’ joy as they achieve their homeownership dreams. She’d love to help you achieve your goals too!

Outside of work, Annjie and her husband take every opportunity to load up their toy-hauler with their dirt bikes to camp and explore the beautiful mountain trails of Colorado. She also enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family—especially when she can do so outdoors in nature. Family is incredibly important to Annjie, and she strives to treat every client as though they are part of hers.

Annjie and her husband have been married for 26 years. He is a lieutenant with the Colorado Springs Fire Department, and they have three amazing grown children—two daughters and a son. Their family also includes four beloved dogs: two German Shepherds, a Golden Retriever, and a tiny 3lb teacup Yorkie. Whether at home or at work, family is everything to Annjie, and that’s how she approaches every relationship.
